MCAS Alumni

Every year, our graduating seniors go on to do glorious things! We are so proud of each senior that goes through Music City. Many go on to dance on collegiate teams like The University of Tennessee, The University of Memphis, The University of Alabama, The University of Arizona, Middle Tennessee State University, The University of Cincinnati including much more! We enjoy cheering on each and every alumni, whether they continue on the stage or off. We can't wait to see what they continue to do later on in life!

I cannot believe my seven years at Music City All Stars is over. The friendships and memories I made will last a lifetime. I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity to do what I love with such supportive and inspiring people. I will be attending The University of Alabama in the fall and I’m majoring in Business Management. I am so excited to visit and see the growth of the younger teams, and their impact on the program.

Thanks to Music City Allstars, I have been able to meet the people I call my second family. I’ve been able to grow in more ways than one through the experiences it’s given me. I will be attending the University of Kentucky in the fall, as a member of the dance team. All of the hard work and dedication that this program  asks of their students has allowed me to achieve these goals.

 Hayley Diggs, Class of 2017

Hayley Diggs, Class of 2017

I was a member of the MCAS Competition team for 7 years and a member of the class of 2017! Music City provided me with so many opportunities and a home with all my best friends. The times and memories at dance will last a lifetime and I am so thankful that I got to have MCAS as such a big part of my life. I love all the choreographers that I got to learn from and helped shape me into the dancer I am today. With all the competing and classes, I was challenged every day when I stepped in the door. It helped me feel accomplished and successful with each step. I am on the 10x National and 7x World Champion team, the University of Cincinnati Dance Team! I am looking forward to this next chapter in my life, Go Bearcats! ~ Hayley Diggs

 Elissa Heckman, Class of 2013

Elissa Heckman, Class of 2013

I had the opportunity to be a part of the Music City All Stars travel team from its start in 2008 until 2013. My time as a Music City All Star gave me countless opportunities to grow not only as a dancer, but as a person and a leader as well. The environment that Music City fosters is one of determination, hard work, and constant support. This team is truly more than a team; it is a family, and it has been an honor to watch it grow in success each year. I recently graduated from the University of Tennessee’s Chancellor’s Honors Program with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and started my career as an engineer for Schneider Electric. I am so thankful for the forever friends that I gained during my five years in this program and that Music City is always a place that I can come back to and call home. ~ Elissa Heckman

Music City All Stars was where I learned that there is no limit to what you can accomplish. It helped me grow into the hardworking woman that I am today. It a place filled with love that I will always call home. I am currently a junior at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. I was a member of the University of Tennessee Dance Team my freshman year of college, during which we were titled the 2016 National Champions. Currently, I am a double major in Psychology and Language and World Business and spend my time conducting research for the university and being outdoors in the Smokey Mountains. Because of my experience dancing with Music City All Stars, my dreams are coming true! ~ Bailey Crittenden

Music City All Stars has been like a second home to me for eight years. Being a part of this program had such a big impact on my life and taught me so much. I know the relationships I have made through MCAS are relationships I will have throughout the rest of my life, and I am so thankful to have been a part of such an amazing program! I will be attending the University of Memphis in the fall, and am a member of the dance team. I definitely would not have achieved this goal without the help and support of all my teammates and coaches at MCAS, and plan to come back and visit as much as possible!

Seven years ago when I walked into my first MCAS tryout, I never could've imagined this program would have had such an incredible impact on every aspect of my life. Being a part of this team has given me the greatest support system of genuine people who are constantly lifting me up and helping me to grow in new ways. The relationships I've made through MCAS are truly ones that I have carried through the rest of my life, and I couldn't imagine where I would be without the people and experiences in this program that have made me who I am today. I will be going into my junior year at the University of Tennessee and am a member of the dance team! I am majoring in Kinesiology and enjoy math/science fields. I was a 5-year member of MCAS teams and love coming back to the studio and helping with the teams and classes throughout the year!

Camryn Dargie, Class of 2017

I'm a graduating senior from the class of 2017! I've been a part of Music City All Stars for the past 6 years and in those 6 years, I've learned time management, the effects of hard work, and how to be a teammate. Music City has given me a second home that I can always come back to, and lifetime friendships. This program has overall made me a better and more well-rounded person and has taught me life skills and lessons that I can use in the future. I'm going into my sophomore year at the University of Alabama as a nursing major! Even though I may not have dance in my future I'll always be thankful for my experiences as a MCAS dancer and will carry the memories with me forever. #pnknblk4evr
